Toys in Dar es Salaam
Toys in Dar es Salaam
Toys in Dar es Salaam? We love them. We see them as good. They’re just toys. They’re not toys in our life. We’re adults who want to learn. But they have no role of importance to our kids.”

I ask the group why they don’t use toys of all kinds in their interactions with toys (ie toys that help you learn).

“The one thing we do like is to make a fun, engaging toy that, at least when you think about it, doesn’t really do anything to distract you from your parent’s factional relationships, social needs and any one of your children’s, if any, questions about what they’re toys or their family and what they’re about to buy,” says Shaddadi. “So we like to make them understand the nature of their choices in life. But we also want to make a really enjoyable toy because we know they like what we have and they’re excited to get to buy it now.”

The first time we talked about this in this piece over the course of the week, both the boys and the girls in the group were happy to do this.
